Customer service is a joke

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would. I bought the to adapter. Controls the volume on my tv but not the HD cable box. 19 days ago I contacted them to ask if there was something else compatible from the list of choices or if they could add my box and the response was 9 words long. Way to go customer service. Good thing this app was free. They need to learn a thing or two about how to respond with issues. Their response was basically equivalent to "did you plug it in?". Insulting and useless.
